Reservations Policy

Reservations:

• Reservations at least 60 days in advance are recommended
• Two nights deposit is required within 10 days after making reservations.
• The balance is due upon arrival
• Single room cabins can be rented for one night with a one night deposit in advance. We are not responsible for inclement weather conditions.
• We accept check, (A $25 fee is charged for each returned check), Discover Card, MC, or Visa.

Cancellations:

• Deposit refunds are allowed only with 60 days prior notification, with a $10 per cabin per night service charge retained.
• No refunds will be made on cancellations after the 60 day deadline.
• Reservations shortened after the deadline may have up to two nights deposit retained. There will be no refunds on early departures.
• We do not accept reservations or cancellations by e-mail.

Check in/out:

• Check in after 3:00 P.M. at the Lodge office, please make special arrangements if you will arrive after 9:00 P.M.
• Check out by 10:00 A.M.

Taxes:

• We must charge 4.8% sales and lodging tax in addition to cabin rental rates.
• Tax- exempt organizations must submit written proof of their status upon arrival.

Pets:

• A limit of one housebroken pet is allowed in some cabins with prior notification for a fee of $10 per night.
• Pets must not be left unattended in the cabins at any time and must be kept on a leash when outdoors.
• Pet owners are asked to clean up after their pets and not allow them to disturb their neighbors.
